Human Resource Management

Ben and I were looking for a play-by-play announcer for the Rome Braves Minor League Professional Baseball Club. The Job Description was as follows: To provide commentary and detailed overview of the games and to document the statistics into a statistics book for records.
We had a list of criteria the applicant had to meet, and things we would want to see in a potential employee: Education Degree (Bachelor's minimum in Communication or related field), playing experience (preferred, but not required), knowledge of game , communication skills, computer skills (for recording the statistics), commentary/announcing experience (list of references and experiences), social skills, Hours (what they are looking to work), Salary demands, and they must have some knowledge of the Rome Braves (for added insight into commentating and announcing).
